Jacob Brier

Butterfly Benefits is led by Jacob N. S. Brier, MBA (they/them), who has more than 20 years of experience as a leader and community builder for non-profit organizations, businesses and community groups. Prior to dedicating their full time attention to serving clients with Butterfly Benefits, they recently served on the Barrington Town Council and as the Human Resources Director for a leading software agency, working with single-founder startups to Fortune 50 companies.
