TRAIL LENGTH and TERRAIN
2.5-3 mile trail, mostly flat with some easy elevation changes, and opportunities to climb rocks!
The Swansea Village Park trails are known for their many interesting rock and boulder formations and also for a 350 year history of Swansea that includes legends and lore. Legend has it that a Native American known as Abram resided here in a hiding place at "Abram's Rock" to escape King Phillip of the Wamponoags. Join us on this fun Thrive Outside family hike. Find Abram's Rock and explore other fun filled trails including Rusty Car and Lakeside Tracks.
